PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact hardly generating a contact defect even when being used for a long period of time, and a connector including the same.SOLUTION: A contact 30 includes: a meander shape spring part 32 having flat parts 34a and 34b and folded parts 32a and 32b; a contact point 36 disposed on one end side of the spring part 32; and a projection 35 provided at the flat part 34b.
