PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine compound-containing urethane-(meth)acryl composite resin capable of maintaining original excellent properties without deteriorating its coating even when contacting with an oily component and an aqueous dispersion thereof.SOLUTION: An urethane-(meth)acryl composite resin constituted by a polyurethane component ((A) component) and a (meth)acryl resin ((B) component) and containing a fluorine compound as at least a part of a constitutional component constituting the (A) component and/or the (B) component is used.SELECTED DRAWING: None
