The present invention is provided with, in a laminate of a plurality of insulating substrates, a primary coil (L1) including first coil conductors (L1A1, L1B1, L1C1, L1A2, L1B2, L1C2), and a secondary coil (L2) including second coil conductors (L2A1, L2B1, L2C1, L2A2, L2B2, L2C2), and a magnetic field cancellation conductor pattern (L1D) which is adjacent to some conductors (L1A2, L1B2, L1C2) of the first coil conductors in the lamination direction of the insulating substrates and is disposed along the surface of the insulating substrate, and through which a high-frequency current flows in a direction opposite to that of a high-frequency current flowing through the first coil conductors is provided in the laminate. |
