The invention relates to design of resonator cavities of Coriolis vibratory gyroscopes that are used in precise instrument making in production of angular rate sensors, in particular in navigation engineering, in devices for systems for control of movable objects. The invention is directed towards decrease of error of Coriolis vibratory gyroscope through decrease of growth of temperature of resonator cavity in the process of its operation, decrease of its weight. The resonator of Coriolis vibratory gyroscope includes a cylindrical ring and a suspension, and a lower panel that is connected to the ring by means of suspension that has openings divided with links on which piezoelectric elements are placed. The openings are elongated, such that go through suspension to the inner end of the ring with formation of the links of the suspension. This makes it possible to decrease energy required for excitation of vibrations in the ring, and, respectively, resonator overheating. In such a way decrease of error of gyroscope is achieved. |
