The invention relates to techniques for production of disperse systems and can be used, in particular, in the process of obtaining air-salt aerosols for medical purposes. An aerosol generator comprises a chamber with an inlet located at one end of the chamber and an outlet located in the lateral wall of the chamber, inside the chamber radial blades are located which are attached to a shaft mounted along the axis of chamber, and a mechanism of shaft rotation. The radial blades from the outside have rectangular openings located atto the plane of the blades, where- thickness of the blade,- width of the opening. Aerosol generator also comprises a cylindrical separating tank with inlet and outlet bores. The height of separating tank is equal to the height of chamber and the diameter of cross-section of separating tank is equal to or greater than the diameter of the cross section of the chamber. The outlet of chamber is located in the side wall, the inlet of separating tank is located in the side wall and its shape and size correspond to the outlet of chamber, the chamber and separating tank are connected by edges of the outlet chamber opening and inlet of separating tank. In the separating tank in front of the inlet a screen is installed in the form of a part of side surface of the cylinder, between the screen and inner surface of side wall of separating tank wall at least two curved partitions with convex portions turned toward the wall are coaxially mounted. The rear ends of partitions are located behind the inlet of separating tank, the front end of the screen is located opposite the front ends of the partitions and at a greater distance from the wall of separating tank than the rear end, the outlet of separating tank is located in one of the ends. Use of the invention will provide for obtaining aerosol with a given particle size in the same process. |
