Electromechanical balance

摘要

An electromechanical balance includes a load-receiving platform installed on an elastic suspension, force-transfer element arranged as two installed coaxially in vertical plane permanent magnets with air gap between those, force-measuring sensor and a microprocessor block for measurement and indication of mass. The upper magnet of the force-transfer element is fixed with possibility of displacement by vertical axle just in the rigidity center of the platform. The lower magnet is connected to the power input of the force-measuring sensor with possibility of displacement in horizontal plane. The value of the air gap between the magnets in initial state is set depending on repulsive force of those in given range of measurement of the load weight.
