PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction apparatus capable of efficiently performing a transaction using a voice transaction handling unit for receiving a transaction by outputting a guide voice from a voice output unit outputting a voice.SOLUTION: A transaction apparatus in an embodiment includes a voice output unit that outputs voices. The transaction apparatus includes: a voice transaction handling unit that receives a transaction by outputting a guide voice from the voice output unit; and a transaction processing unit that performs a series of transaction processing, and which receives a request for changing reproduction speed of a guide voice which is output from the voice output unit when carrying out the transaction by using the voice transaction handling unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
