摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain predetermined torque transmission performance over a long period of time while improving assemblability of a vehicle-wheel bearing device. <P>SOLUTION: A recess-protrusion fitting structure in which protrusions 35 are in close contact with recesses in an entire fitting area is configured by press fitting, into a hole portion 22 of a hub ring 1, a shaft 12 of an outer coupling ring 5 provided with the protrusions 35 extending in the axial direction, and by forming the recesses on an inner diameter surface 37 of a shaft fitting hole 22a of the hub ring 1 by means of the protrusions 35. Moreover, a bolt member 50 is fastened into a bolt hole 13 provided in the shaft 12 of the outer coupling ring 5 after the recess-protrusion fitting structure is configured, thereby restricting separation between the hub ring 1 and the outer coupling ring 5.
