<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal package capable of setting a gentle warming temperature, keeping the range of the warming temperature for a long period of time, maintaining the stable gelled state before the start of use during the period of use, maintaining the soft touch without a risk of water leakage, and arbitrarily setting the volume and surface area of the thermal package. <P>SOLUTION: A powder or granulated exothermic agent, soluble in water and exothermic-chemically reactive, is stored in one storage section A of a bag body which has at least two storage sections to communicate with each other as the outside power is added, and a salt water containing gel with salt water gelled by a salt water absorbent resin with viscosity is stored in the other storage section B.
