<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the amount of an adhesive used for a nonwoven fabric is large to cause high cost and adversely affect the quality of the resultant nonwoven fabric because of the large amount of the adhesive, etc., and to provide equal adhesive effects even if the amount of the adhesive used is small. <P>SOLUTION: At least one kind of ethylene glycol, a surfactant, aluminum polychloride and sodium alginate is added as a bonding aid in addition to the adhesive.
