<p>The invention relates to a programmable automaton with inherent safety, meant for working in potentially explosion prone environments, such as in mining. According to the invention, the automaton has eight digital voltage inputs () and eight digital outputs () of the relay () type, a central processing unit () of programmable controller-type for cut-outs () which deals with managing the inputs, outputs, calculations, interpretations and displaying diagrams, the automaton having a "ladder" type programming system which uses two joysticks, and in the automaton structure there exist four levels, an input/output level (), a safety level (), a control or carrying out level () and an information displaying level ().</p> |
