PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device which suitably controls a brake drive system and an acceleration drive system according to an operation position of an operation lever even when the operation position of the operation lever is displaced from an output signal corresponding to the operation position of the operation lever. SOLUTION: The micro-computer 51 for controlling a brake control part 60 and an acceleration control part 70 of the vehicle, based on the output signal according to an operation amount of the operation lever 12, detects displacement of the operation position of the operation lever 12 and the output signal, and performs processing for correcting the output signal.
