PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sound generated in reversing a blade by hardening a neck part of a blade rubber vulcanized and processed. SOLUTION: The neck part is hardened by irradiating a hardening accelerating source such as an electron beam, etc. on a vulcanized article in constituting this rubber made blade rubber to wipe off a window surface as a wiper arm reciprocally oscillates by furnishing a mounting part to mount the blade rubber on the wiper arm side, a lip part to wipe off the window surface and the neck part to connect the mounting part and the lip part to each other.
