PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain drip cover device which eliminates a trouble due to rain in the neighborhood of a door opening part. SOLUTION: A rain drip cover 24 is provided on a skeleton part 23 to be developed, interlocked with sliding of a sliding door 12 in the opening direction O, and it is constituted to develop the rain drip cover 24 in an upper part space on the outside of the door opening part 11 in moving the sliding door 12 to a totally opened position. The rain drip cover 24 is constituted to be folded on a roof 31 of a welfare vehicle 2 when the skeleton part 23 is folded, interlocked with closing motion of the sliding door 12.
