PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing sheet which has excellent pliability, can be applied suitably to a curved surface and is also excellent in erasability of ink or the like, and a sheet for wall finishing which uses the same. SOLUTION: The writing sheet comprises a vinyl chloride resin sheet and a writing layer provided on one side of the vinyl chloride resin sheet. This resin sheet is obtained by using a vinyl chloride resin having an average polymerization degree of 500-1,500, and the writing layer is obtained by using an ultraviolet curing type coating.
