PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify fraud such as setting change and setting recognition of the rate of putting-out balls without adding any modification even in an existing rotary drum type game machine without an anti-crime measure. SOLUTION: The fraud notifying device comprises a key insertion detection sensor to detect insertion of a setting key into a key cylinder disposed in the rotary drum type game machine having a setting switch comprising the setting key for carrying out setting change and setting recognition of the rate of putting-out balls and the key cylinder for the setting key to be inserted. It comprises a key insertion determining means 80b to determine whether or not the setting key is inserted into the key cylinder based on an insertion detection signal output from the key insertion detection sensor, and an illegal action notifying means 80e to notify illegal action being carried out in a case where it is determined that there has been insertion of the setting key into the key cylinder.
