PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for sticking an anisotropic conductive film capable of accurately sticking the anisotropic conductive film at the specified place of an electrode terminal section having a narrowed width. SOLUTION: A placing base 2 and a contact-bonding head 3 are disposed movably in the horizontal direction by a driving means.
