PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a pulse current by correcting an error in detecting the pulse current due to the characteristic of an alternating current detector. SOLUTION: Either of a command waveform 71 of the pulse current and the output of the alternating current detector 5 is integrated or quasi-integrated in line with a current-carrying period of the pulse current (83); the integrated values are added up by a ratio set for the output of the alternating current detector (84); and the output of the alternating current detector kept in a pause period of the pulse current is added to the added-up value (82) to obtain the detection value of the pulse current carried to an electromagnet 3.
