<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safer spout stopper which can surely hold an opening blade and a broken sealing film so as not to fall in a container and which can be easily opened, and a method of manufacturing the spout stopper. <P>SOLUTION: The spout stopper includes: a spout 7 provided in a pouring hole of a container sealed with a sealing film, the spout being composed of a pouring cylinder 5 and a base portion 6; a cap for covering the spout 7; and an opening blade 9 helically moved upward and downward in association with the cap. The cap includes a first engagement fin, and thread engagement portions are provided respectively on the inner periphery of the cap and on the outer periphery of the pouring cylinder 5 of the spout 7 to helically move upward and downward the cap in opening and closing thereof. The opening blade 9 includes: a cylindrical portion having a thread engagement portion 9a on the outer periphery, the thread engagement portion threadedly engaging with the thread engagement portion provided on the inner periphery of the pouring cylinder 5 of the spout, and moved upward and downward in association with the helical upward and downward movement of the cap; and a cutting edge provided on the lower end of the cylindrical portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
