OVERHEAT PROTECTION CONTROL UNIT FOR LIQUID HEATING VESSEL

An overheat protection control unit for a liquid heating vessel includes a control body (1). A single-integrated dual-actuation heat sensitive bimetal actuator (2) is provided on the upper face of the control body (1). The bimetal actuator (2) is two integrated bimetal strips which are formed on a piece of bimetal strip and they have relatively independent actuating units. An outer kick limb (3) of each actuating unit should actuate downward when the overheat state occurs. Two groups of switch contacts (6) are also provided on the control body (1). Each group of switch contact (6) cooperates with the outer kick limb (3) of a corresponding actuating unit. The outer kick limb (3) should open a group of corresponding switch contact (6) when actuating downward and cuts off the power supply of the liquid heating vessel.
