<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for rotating a wind turbine component, without requiring a large space, and without wasting time. <P>SOLUTION: This wind turbine component handling apparatus 1 is constituted so as to rotate the wind turbine component.
