<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen the degree of freedom of design by making it easy to strike a balance between high wearing resistance and low oil permeability in a copper iron based sintered bearing. <P>SOLUTION: Air permeability can be greatly lowered by using fine copper based powder in particular copper powder containing 80% or more of powder with a particle size of ≤45 μm. Accordingly, by using the copper based powder, the wearing resistance can be enhanced by making the ratio of the copper of ≤40% (ratio of the iron is ≥60%), and an oil film forming ratio can be easily enhanced by making the oil permeability of ≤1.00 g/10 min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
