PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination therapy useful as a malignant tumor therapeutic agent.SOLUTION: We found out that by combining bendamustine and a pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient bromination 1-(2-methoxy ethyl)-2-methyl-4,9-dioxo-3-(pyrazine-2-ylmethyl)-4,9-dihydro-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]imidazole-3-ium, enhanced therapeutic effect on malignant tumor is obtained, and completed the invention. The combination therapy of YM155 and bendamustine of the invention can be used in the treatment of various malignant tumors, especially, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
