An isolated antibody that specifically binds both human and cynomolgus monkey (cyno) interleukin-33 (IL-33) with a KD of about 500 pM or lower, inhibits the binding of human IL-33 to an IL-33 receptor with 90% inhibitory concentration (IC90) of between about 0.001 μg/mL and about 0.5 μg/mL and with a 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) of between about 800 fM and about 10 pM, and inhibits the binding of cyno IL-33 to an IL-33 receptor with an IC50 of between about 1 nM and about 5 nM. |
