PURPOSE: An optical film is provided to reduce reflectivity and improve a rainbow phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A sheet is manufactured through a melting extrusion process of a polyester resin. A polyester sheet is extended in a machinery direction. A polyurethane coating layer is formed by spraying a polyurethane coating composite on one side of the polyester sheet. An acryl coating layer is formed by spraying an acrylic coating composite on the other side of the polyester sheet. The polyester sheet is extended in a width direction which is vertical to the machinery direction at an extension temperature or greater. A heat treatment process is performed.
