Provided is a technology for improving man-hours and processing time for learning. The present invention includes: an update unit for updating a dictionary used for an identifier; a calculation unit for calculating, by using the dictionary which is updated by the update unit and by using one or more labeled samples to which labels are added, a ratio regarding the number of the labeled samples, as a loss with respect to all of the labeled samples; and a determination unit for determining, by using the loss, whether or not to perform updating of the dictionary. When the determination unit determines to perform updating of the dictionary, the update unit updates the dictionary by using the labeled samples in which new labeled samples have been newly added, and the determination unit determines whether or not to perform updating of the dictionary on the basis of a loss which is calculated by using the updated dictionary, and on the basis of the loss which is calculated, by using the dictionary before being updated, with respect to all of the labeled samples before the new labeled samples are added. |
