<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of improving washing and rinsing performance by evenly supplying washing water to the whole laundry in a rotary drum. <P>SOLUTION: A washing machine comprises: a water tank 2; a rotary drum 4; and water-discharging means including a pump 21, a spouting water passage 22 and a spouting port 26, for discharging washing water from a side of the water tank 2 to a side of the rotary drum 4. In the machine, the rotary drum 4 has a collision plane 29 against which the washing water discharged from the spouting port (the water-discharging means) 26 collides, the collision plane 29 being formed so as to be slanted with respect to a water-discharging direction as viewed from a radial cross section of the rotary drum 4 to thereby change the water-discharging direction of the washing water as the rotary drum 4 is being rotated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
