PURPOSE: A smart electronic card is provided to minimize the thickness of the smart electronic card by using a hard circuit board. CONSTITUTION: An electronic component is installed inside a through hole. The electronic component is connected to a conductive wire to a connection terminal. A mold(130) covers a connection part of the connection terminal and the conductive wire. A protection film(500) is formed in the exterior side of a main board in order to protect the main board and the electronic component. |
