PURPOSE: Vegetable sweet and sour pork without the soybean flavor, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the nutrition and the taste of the sweet and sour pork. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of vegetable sweet and sour pork comprises the following steps: mixing soybeans with purified water, hydrating for obtaining a soybean hydrate, and cutting the soybean hydrate; adding a vegetable-oil emulsion and seasonings to the cut soybean hydrate, and mixing to obtain a mixture; cooling the mixture and molding; and spreading the molded mixture and battering with a batter solution containing batter powder and the purified water before frying. |
