The present invention provides an exterior material for a secondary cell in which at least a metal foil layer, a second substrate layer, and a heat fusion resin layer are laminated in the stated order on one surface of a first substrate layer, wherein the second substrate layer is laminated onto the metal foil layer directly or with solely a corrosion-prevention treatment layer interposed therebetween, the first substrate layer is formed from a resin composition containing a thermoset or thermoplastic resin, and the second substrate layer is formed from a resin composition containing a thermoset resin. |
