The present invention relates to a switch of a device having a longitudinal device axis. The switch comprises a switching element, a hollow body defining an interior cavity in which the 5 switching element is movably disposed along the longitudinal device axis. The switching element defines a first position along the longitudinal device axis and a second position along the longitudinal axis, the second position being different from the first position. The switch further comprises a biasing element imparting an adjustable biasing force to the switching element to place the switching element in one of the first position and the second position .0 until an external force imparted to the switching element along the longitudinal device axis exceeds the biasing force thereby causing the switching element to move to the other one of the first position and the second position.
