PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension substrate with a circuit capable of mounting a slider movably relative to a conductor area, adjusting a position and an angle of a magnetic head with high definition and preventing damage of a conductor layer while attaining downsizing and high density of the conductor layer.SOLUTION: A suspension substrate 1 with a circuit includes: a conductor area 2 in which a conductor layer 6 is formed; and a mounting area 28 for mounting a slider 26 on which a magnetic head 27 electrically connected to the conductor layer 6 is mounted. The mounting area 28 mounts the slider 26 relatively movably to the conductor area 2. The conductor area 2 includes: a counter area 29 opposed to the slider 26 in a thickness direction during relative movement of the slider 26 relative to the conductor area 2; and a thin area 30 which is a damage prevention part for preventing damage of the counter area 29 by the slider 26. |
