PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility user management device and a facility user management system available for Internet connection service which can be temporarily used with a simple operation and with which inquiry and tracking of the user can be performed.SOLUTION: A facility user management device comprises: a data processing unit 25b which processes data on each user for purchase, use of service or entry/exit to/from a use place for users purchasing products or using the place related to provision of service; an input unit 25c which receives input of identification information unique to the users; a connection information generation unit 25d which provides log-in information including the identification information for allowing the users to log into temporary connection service to the Internet provided in the use place; and an information output unit 25e which prints the log-in information together with the data related to purchase, service or entry/exit or outputs the information in a display form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
