KNEADED RUBBER FOR FOAMING TREATMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a kneaded rubber for foaming treatment excellent in fluidity durimg molding and in a kneaded rubber-handling (taking out from a roll, storage, preparation of ball material and material chargeability to a molding machine) after completion of kneading. SOLUTION: A composition is based on a polymer alloy wherein a three dimensional copolymer rubber of an ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated polyene comprises the sea phase 12 and a polyolefin resin comprises the island phase 14. The polyolefin resin is composed of a monomer totally or mainly of a 4-6Cα-olefin and the MFR (ASTM D 1238, 190 deg.C, load of 2.196 kgf) is not less than 15 g/10 min. The specific Mooney viscosity of the kneaded rubber is prepared to fulfill the relation: (ML1+4 80 deg.C)-(ML1+4 160 deg.C)>=15.
