PURPOSE: A fixing unit and an image forming device thereof are provided to prevent instantaneous discharge generated by contacting a printing media with a heating member when the printing media is out of a fixing nib. CONSTITUTION: A heating member(153) transfers the heat of an internal heat source(151) to a printing media. A support member(155) supports the heating member. A pressing roller(157) is grounded in a fixing frame. The pressing roller pressures the printing media. A charge neutralizing member(159) is grounded to the fixing frame. One end of the charge neutralizing member is contacted with the printing media. The charge neutralizing member neutralizes the static electricity generated by the printing media.
