SECURITY PROTECTION FOR MEMORY CONTENT OF PROCESSOR MAIN MEMORY

PURPOSE: A security protection method for a memory content of a main memory and an apparatus thereof are provided to determine whether to change content of a main memory based on the authentication of a filling command. CONSTITUTION: A micro controller(215) is located within a memory device. The micro controller receives a filling command from a memory controller. The micro controller determines the authentication of the filling command. The micro controller determines whether to modify content of a memory cell array.
