PURPOSE: A printed circuit board processing system and a processing method are provided to prevent generation of burr on the cut surface of the printed circuit board, and reduce a processing time. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board processing system comprises a stage(54) on which a printed circuit board(52) is disposed; a fixing unit for fixing the printed circuit board; a water jet(60) for processing the outer line of the printed circuit board by injecting water in a high pressure onto the printed circuit board fixed on the stage; a pump(62) connected to the water jet, and which provides high pressure injecting water; a water removing unit for removing the water from the outer surface of the printed circuit board; and a vacuum adsorbing unit(66) arranged above the stage, and which adsorbs the printed circuit board and drops the printed circuit board onto the stage.
