The device has an exsufflation nozzle with two openings for generating a sound wave, in a given frequency, according to breath of a user. The nozzle has an intra-oral part with a cylinder having a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 34 mm. An electrostimulator is connected to electrodes and has a sensor for detecting the sound wave. The electrostimulator generates electrical signals in bipolar current form, based on the sound wave.
