A method and a system for processing contactless payment at high speed, and a recording medium thereof are provided to high speed process the contactless payment by interconnecting an OBU(On-Board Unit) and an RSE(Road Side Equipment) if a BST(Beacon Service Table) signal output from the RSE installed at a tollgate is detected in a driving vehicle. An IC card includes a payment tool and the OBU(300) is installed in the vehicle. The IC card is embedded, mounted, or attached to the IC card. The RSE(400) is installed at the tollgate and processes the payment corresponding to the payment tool included in the IC card by wirelessly communicating with the OBU. The OBU reads information required for the payment from the IC card and stores the read information to a memory(420) before a payment procedure is started through the RSE. |
