PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display apparatus which inhibits migration between electrode terminals of a plasma display panel and poor connections between the electrode terminals and outer connection terminals of a flexible substrate. SOLUTION: Electrode terminals 24a of display electrodes on a front face glass substrate 21 and outer connection terminals 43 formed in a base member 42 of a flexible substrate 40 are joined via anisotropic conductive sheet 44. Since insulative resin 45, such as acrylic resin, lower in height than the electrode terminals 24a of the display electrodes is formed between the electrode terminals 24a of the display electrodes, the anisotropic conductive sheet 44 between the electrode terminals 24a of the display electrodes and the outer connection terminals 43 of the flexible substrate 40 is pressed more certainly.
