<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic steel sheet suitable for an etching work. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic steel sheet for etching work comprises, by mass%, ≤0.01% C, ≤7% Si, ≤4% Al, ≤5% Mn and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities.
