<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply frequency hopping to the uplink in a system to which E-UTRA is applied. <P>SOLUTION: A base station apparatus performing communications with a user device which transmits an uplink signal by single carrier system has means for determining whether frequency hopping is applied to a user device or not based on the propagation information of a radio wave from the user device and the traffic type of data transmitted from the user device, a scheduler for assigning a frequency based on the uplink channel reception state of the user device, and means for notifying the assignment information of a resource unit which is determined as a result of scheduling. When a decision is made by the frequency hopping determination means that the frequency hopping is applied, the scheduler assigns the resource unit of different band for every slot in units of the resource unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
