#CMT# #/CMT# The vise (1) has two cheeks (2) movable relative to each other, where one of the cheeks is provided with a group of spindles (3). Clamping elements (6) e.g. linear cylindrical spring pins, are provided with a clamping surface (5) or clamping edge and arranged on head sides (4) of the cheeks. The clamping elements with a pin are inserted into a hole. The inserted elements are pivotable around a vertical axis. An insertable work plate (15) is attached to a cheek side and made of hardened steel. The spring pins are made of plastic. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Bench vise. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The clamping elements are lifted upwards against the head sides of the cheeks, so that the head sides provide a contact point for a workpiece e.g. pipe, while clamping jaws provide a safe adjustment of the workpiece with different geometry at the vise.
