A method for treating the odontogenic maxillary sinusitis comprises the extraction of the causative tooth, the sanitization of the maxillary sinus, and the regrafting of the tooth socket. After the extraction of the tooth, the maxillary sinus is punctured with trocar at the site of canine fossa. Under the control of endoscope, the sparing revision is performed. At the end of the surgery, prior to the mobilization of mucous-periosteal flap, the socket of the extracted tooth is grafted with the membrane of thrombocytic gel. |
