Disclosed is a buffy coat extraction kit for an autohemo-operation for regenerating skin. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a buffy coat extraction kit for an autohemo-operation for regenerating skin, wherein the buffy coat extraction kit comprises: a body member including a plasma part having a plasma layer formed therein when blood is centrifuged, a buffy coat part having a buffy coat layer formed therein by extending from a lower end of the plasma part to have a diameter smaller than that of the plasma part, an erythrocyte part having an erythrocyte layer by extending from a lower end of the buffy coat part to have a diameter larger than that of the buffy coat part, and a piston coupling part extending on a lower end of the erythrocyte part; a locking member including a locking cover for closing an open upper end of the body member, and an automatic suturing rubber coupled with a penetration hole formed in the locking cover to close the penetration hole; a driving member coupled with the piston coupling part, wherein the driving member cannot linearly move along a central axis of the body member but can only rotate around the central axis of the body member; and a piston member coupled with the driving member to close an open lower end of the body member, and linearly moving along the central axis of the body member by means of the rotation of the driving member so as to adjust a blood accommodation volume in the body member. |
