To address the problem of not being able to easily remove filters from indoor units in which the center section of the front surface of a casing curves so as to bulge to the front, this indoor unit (1) is provided with a casing (5), a front-surface panel (7) positioned to the front of the casing (5), and a filter (36) configured so as to be attachable to an attachment position which covers an opening (24) provided in the front surface of the casing (5). The front surface (31) of the casing (5) is provided with a projecting wall surface (37) which projects to the front near the bottom edge section of the opening (24), and curves in a manner such that the center section of the front edge thereof bulges to the front. The front-surface panel (7) is configured so as to be capable of rotation relative to the casing (5) in a manner such that the bottom edge section thereof moves to the front. The projecting wall surface (37) is configured so as to angle downward to the front. |
