PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a FeliCa with simple processing without using a unique command of each card.SOLUTION: An information processing device according to this disclosure includes a multi-platform which can manage a plurality of applications, and a first operating system and a second operating system which operate on the multi-platform. The first operating system is activated by a command of the multi-platform.
