PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foreign matter detection device enhanced in detection sensitivity of metal foreign matter, and a power transmission device and a power reception device.SOLUTION: A metal foreign matter detection device 23 comprises a coil array 41 including a plurality of detection coils 40, an insulation layer 44 for coil including a top surface and a back surface arrayed in a thickness direction and provided with the coil array 41 on the top surface, and a plurality of lead-out wires 42 which are arranged on the back surface of the insulation layer 44 for coil and led out of the plurality of detection coils 40. The plurality of lead-out wires 42 include a plurality of wirings 50 arranged on the back surface and a plurality of connection parts 51 passing through the insulation layer 44 for coil and connecting the wires 50 and detection coils 40. Defining a direction extending from the back surface to the top surface as an isolation direction, at least part of the plurality of wirings 50 overlaps the detection coil 40 when the detection coils 40 and lead-out wires 42 are viewed from a position apart from the top surface in the isolation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
