Provided are an adhesive sheet having excellent reworkability within a predetermined time after attachment thereof and exhibiting strong adhesion after a predetermined time has elapsed, and a transparent substrate with adhesive sheet which has the adhesive sheet. An adhesive sheet containing a first acrylic polymer having a reactive functional group, and a second acrylic polymer not having a reactive functional group, the adhesive sheet wherein the ratio (B/A) of the adhesive force (A) 20 minutes after attachment to an adherend and the adhesive force (B) 24 hours after attachment to the adherend is 1.5 or greater. |
