摘要 A method and system for implementing a single-wire programmable circuit. The system comprises a main circuit module (11), an OTP memory module (12) controlling the main circuit module (11), an OTP control module (13) controlling the read/write fusing of the OTP memory module (12), a single-wire to multiple-wire module (14) communicating with the OTP control module (13), S1, S2 and S3 analogue switches controlled by one OTPL of the OTP memory module (12), a resistor R1 (17) connected to S1 (18) in parallel and a clock (15) capable of being controlled by S3, wherein one end of the R1 (17) and S1 (18) connected to the circuit in parallel is connected to the main circuit module (11), and the other end thereof is connected to an output OUT (16) of the circuit; one end of the single-wire to multiple-wire module (14) is selectively connected to the OUT (16) through S2 or is directly connected to the OUT (16), and the other end thereof is connected to the OTP control module (13); and the OTP control module (13) is connected to the OTP memory module (12), and the setting of various parameters of the circuit is realized through the OTP memory module (12). By means of the system, when a chip switches a programming mode and a normal output mode, it is unnecessary to restart the chip, thereby improving the chip programming efficiency, and simplifying a chip programming system.
